Refund Policy for New, Unused Products
(available to biolitestove.com purchasers only):
If you purchase a product directly from BioLite, LLC (“BioLite”) through the biolitestove.com website, you may return the the new, unused product (including all original packaging and accessories) within sixty (60) days of the date of shipment, and BioLite will refund the amount paid for the returned product. The products must be shipped, postage pre-paid to BioLite’s third party fulfillment company:

- Contact Support@biolitestove.com with your AB-Order Number in the email and reason for the return
- Support will send you a Return Authorization number that needs to be written above the shipping label on the box
- Pack the product securely, in the original shipping materials if possible
- Please include a printed copy of your original order confirmation email with the returned product
Incomplete returns will not be accepted. BioLite is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to BioLite. We recommend that you ship your returned product to BioLite via a trackable shipment method. You are responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.
Promptly following our third party fulfillment company’s receipt of your new, unused product (including all original packaging and accessories), BioLite will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card or debit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BioLite does not control when a specific bank or credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your bank or credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.
BioLite will not provide a refund for a returned product that is received by BioLite’s fulfillment center more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. BioLite also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase products for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than the biolitestove.com website.
